Your Role Commercial & Operational Leadership • Oversee day-to-day operations of stores and showrooms within the area; Store Managers report directly to the Area Sales Manager, • Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed regional targets and KPIs, • Analyse performance using sales and operational reports; implement corrective actions and improvement plans where needed, • Ensure consistent delivery of the Neve Jewels customer journey, sales standards, and non-negotiables across all locations, • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and brand presentation standards in line with VM guidelines, • Support store openings, refurbishments, relocations, and other strategic retail projects, • Manage area budgets, travel expenses, and payroll costs in line with company objectives, • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Store Managers and sales teams, with a strong focus on retention and engagement, • Lead formal performance management processes, including performance reviews, development plans, and performance improvement plans (PIPs), in partnership with HR, • Monitor absenteeism, wellbeing, engagement, and team dynamics across the area, • Track people-related KPIs (turnover, retention, succession readiness) and take proactive action, • Build and maintain robust succession plans at store and area level through structured Personal Development Plans, • Manage employee relations matters (conduct, grievances, disciplinary processes) in close collaboration with HR, • Ensure consistent and compliant application of HR policies, employment rules, and company standards across all locations, • Ensure full compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and local legal requirements, • Conduct regular store visits and audits; provide structured feedback, action plans, and follow-ups, • Act as the primary liaison between Store Managers, Regional Sales Manager, Head Office, and HR, • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer expectations, • Identify opportunities to optimise performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency across the area Your Profile • Proven experience as an Area Manager, District Manager, or multi-site Retail Manager, ideally in premium or luxury retail, • Strong experience leading teams through Store Managers across multiple locations, • Demonstrated ability to combine commercial leadership with people development and coaching, • Solid understanding of performance management, employee relations, and HR fundamentals in a retail environment, • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, • Commercially astute, data-driven, and results-oriented, • High level of autonomy, reliability, and sound judgment (including time, travel, and expense management), • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving, multi-country environment, • Fluent in French and English (mandatory); additional languages such as Italian or Arabic are a strong plus, • Based in Paris, with willingness to travel frequently across the area Your Benefits • Vacation: 25 days of annual leave (pro rata) plus public holidays, • Birthday Off: One additional paid day off on your birthday, • Perkbox: Shopping discounts, wellness benefits, and employee recognition, • Extended Leave Policies: Clear processes and additional support, • Career Opportunities: Work with a global luxury brand expanding in Europe, • Learning & Development: Ongoing training and development opportunities, • More exciting benefits to come!
