We are hiring for several onsite data center roles in Paris, supporting AI computing cluster and GPU server operations. If you are looking for a long-term onsite opportunity in a large-scale data center and AI computing environment, this is a great chance to grow your hands-on experience in GPU server operations, asset management, onsite service delivery, and international technical coordination. The work may include onsite L1 level operations, remote hands support, hardware replacement, daily inspection, ticket execution, asset and spare parts management, reporting, and coordination with customer and vendor teams. The L1 onsite scope includes server operation, ticket response, remote hands and eyes, GPU/SSD/PSU replacement, basic fault inspection, rack and cable inspection, spare parts management, onsite coordination, and daily/weekly reporting. We are currently hiring for the following roles: ⸻ 1. L1 level Onsite Operations Technician Schedule: Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, Sundays, and public holidays Language: English required; Mandarin Chinese preferred Headcount: Multiple openings Responsibilities • Perform onsite server operation and daily inspection., • Execute L1 level work orders according to customer procedures., • Provide remote hands and eyes support for remote technical teams., • Perform basic hardware checks and initial troubleshooting., • Check server status, BMC/IPMI, LED indicators, alarms, power, fans, and cables., • Support server reboot, power cycle, GPU reseat, SSD/PSU/cable/server replacement according to procedure., • Collect basic logs and update ticket status., • Maintain shift handover notes, daily records, and incident updates., • Escalate complex issues to customer L2/L3 teams or OEM/vendor support., • Follow data center access, safety, ESD, and onsite operational procedures. Requirements • Experience in IT infrastructure, data center operations, server maintenance, hardware support, or L1/L2 technical support., • Basic knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server., • Familiarity with BMC/IPMI, server alarms, logs, and hardware status checks is a plus., • Basic networking knowledge is preferred., • Able to follow technical procedures accurately and document work clearly., • Willing to work rotating shifts., • Professional working English is required., • Mandarin Chinese is preferred. ⸻ 1. Asset Coordinator Schedule: Day shift Language: English required; Mandarin Chinese is a plus Headcount: 1 Responsibilities • Maintain accurate records of onsite IT assets and spare parts., • Perform asset registration and serial number/barcode scanning., • Manage inventory check-in and check-out records., • Track spare parts usage, movement, availability, and status., • Support periodic inventory audits and reconciliation., • Isolate, label, and record faulty parts., • Coordinate RMA processes with customer, OEM, or vendor teams., • Maintain records for replaced parts, faulty parts, returned parts, and disposal/destruction where applicable., • Work with onsite technicians to ensure hardware replacement records are complete and accurate., • Support daily/weekly reporting related to asset status and inventory accuracy. Requirements • Experience in asset management, inventory control, IT hardware logistics, spare parts management, warehouse coordination, RMA, or technical support operations., • Good understanding of IT hardware components such as servers, SSDs, PSUs, GPUs, cables, and spare parts., • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in record keeping., • Comfortable working with Excel, asset trackers, ticketing systems, barcode/serial number records, and inventory lists., • Good coordination and communication skills., • Professional working English is required., • Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not mandatory. ⸻ 1. GPU Server Technical Support Technician Schedule: Onsite support, shift or flexible support model depending on project needs Language: English required; Mandarin Chinese preferred Headcount: Multiple openings Responsibilities • Provide onsite technical support for GPU servers and related infrastructure., • Support hardware troubleshooting, inspection, and replacement for GPU servers., • Check GPU, SSD, PSU, fan, cable, BMC/IPMI, and server hardware status., • Support basic Linux checks, log collection, and hardware status verification., • Use tools or commands such as nvidia-smi, lspci, dmesg, journalctl, ipmitool, or similar where applicable., • Assist remote senior engineers or vendor teams with onsite execution., • Support fault isolation between hardware, driver, OS, and network-related symptoms at basic support level., • Document troubleshooting steps, maintenance actions, and ticket updates clearly., • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3, OEM, or vendor engineering teams. Requirements • Experience in server maintenance, IT infrastructure support, data center support, GPU server support, or hardware technical support., • Hands-on experience with physical servers is preferred., • Basic Linux troubleshooting ability is required., • Familiarity with GPU servers, NVIDIA GPUs, BMC/IPMI, RAID, SSD, PSU, network cards, or server hardware is a strong advantage., • Ability to follow technical instructions from remote engineers accurately., • Strong safety awareness when handling production equipment., • Professional working English is required., • Mandarin Chinese is preferred, especially for communication with Chinese-speaking vendor or technical teams. ⸻ Role Scope These are onsite technical and operational support roles. The focus is onsite execution, hardware handling, basic checks, asset records, ticket updates, documentation, and escalation. The roles do not include deep AI platform troubleshooting, firmware debugging, root cause analysis, or deep network architecture troubleshooting.
