Your main responsibilities As Key Account Manager in the Corporate customer segment (Large Accounts/ETI), you will be responsible for the company’s key accounts in the FSI (Financial Services Industry = Banking/Finance) business sector. You will define and lead an acquisition and sales development strategy with these players that you will be in charge of. Your tasks will include: · Lead the sector of activity on vertical FSI in France BeLux and MEA, its market, its players, the place that OVHcloud must take · Identify customer and prospect pain points, needs, and use cases · Design and implement a new account/logo acquisition and business development strategy · Chase new customers/logos and develop them · Identify new opportunities through direct and indirect sales (with integrator/consulting partners), and ensure long-term customer relationships are established · Position the entire OVHcloud product/solution portfolio with these prospects and customers (marketing actions, workshops, etc.) · Be responsible for the project/RFQ response process (pre-sales coordination) · Ability to create momentums with C-levels (IT and business) on the FSI vertical · Own, define, develop and execute a global strategy on the ISP segment and build a business plan to increase market penetration for OVHcloud · Ability to work with partners and the overall FSI ecosystem to expand and grow the business Your future impact In 6 months: · Knowledge of OVHcloud product universes, services and use cases · Master your portfolio: your customers' businesses & challenges · Physical and/or virtual meetings with your entire portfolio · Identify the growth potential of your customers and prospects · Knowledge of the performance management tools: pipeline, leads, revenue tracking, sales reporting In 1 year: · Understanding of entire OVHcloud market ecosystem and the resulting synergies: Go to Market, segmentation, programs, initiatives · Clear business strategy on your portfolio and growth drivers (short, medium and long-term) · Transformation plan for our customers · Lead initiatives within the company/BU/teams Required skills · Excellent knowledge, experience and active network in the ISF business sector ; good knowledge of the entire ecosystem on the ISF vertical · Sales expertise: at least 10 years of experience in a similar role in business development or consulting (or even in trading) in the ISF business sector · Track record on the FSI vertical (references and contacts requested) demonstrating the ability to achieve and exceed objectives due to a methodology and strategic approach of the customer set. · Autonomous with a good mix between execution and strategy · Ability to work with all levels of management (C-level) · Technological appetite as well as business models based on the cloud · Good command of IT tools (CRM, etc.) · C1 level in English, with professional experience in an international environment It's a + · Knowledge of OVHcloud and its products, and the ability to offer the group's products to customers, according to their needs
