Job Description You will be joining Kinomap B2B growth team to drive outbound B2B business growth across our international ecosystem. This role is a pure hunter position, requiring exceptional proactivity, determination and comfort with direct sales and cold outreach. The role also requires basic knowledge of AI and AI based CRM tools like salesforce and sales navigator. Your task would be to build and expand a network to create new business opportunities/partnerships with relevant well-known brands across multiple industries. This role requires one to prospect and find new business opportunities globally for different functions of the business. The Missions • Consistently meet and exceed weekly targets for outbound emailing and targeted cold calls resulting in high-volume outbound prospecting & sales, • Embrace the Hunter Mentality - Be ready to pick up the phone and dial. You must be comfortable with proactive, uninvited outreach, including walking into a partner’s or reseller’s store to introduce Kinomap and establish relationships with staff and management, • Develop and close new partnership opportunities with key players across key sectors:, • Fitness Equipment Manufacturers, Distributors, & Retailers, • Global banks, • TV & Set-Top Box Providers, • Insurance companies, • Fitness industry related - Global challenge offer leads, • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospects, touchpoints, and pipeline stages in the CRM, • Leverage AI-integrated CRM features for smarter lead prioritisation, follow-up automation, and pipeline insights, • Apply basic prompt engineering to accelerate sales tasks, drafting outreach sequences, personalising pitches at scale, and researching prospects efficiently using AI tool, • Continuously innovate: explore new tools, approaches, and ideas each week to improve outreach performance, • Convert target prospects into committed clients and partners., • Innovative thinking to consistently explore new approaches and ideas every week, • Actively attend Physical Sporting Events and related corporate events for networking, gathering market intelligence, and lead generation, • Conduct discovery calls with potential customers to discern their business needs and validate opportunities., • Report directly to the Vice President of Global Business Development and collaborate with partnership and account managers at Kinomap on a weekly basis. Profile Required • Education & Experience, • Bac +5 / Master's Degree from a recognised business school., • Fluent French and English are a must. Additional languages (German, Spanish, etc.) are a significant plus., • First-hand experience in a sales or business development role is a significant advantage., • Experience using a CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) is required., • Experience with AI-integrated CRM tools or workflows is a strong plus., • Basic prompt engineering knowledge and ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to assist with outreach, research, and sales tasks.
