A new Perfume dimension to access another dimension of the Being. About the role Parfums de Marly is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. Under the supervision of the Senior Creative Content Designer, you will serve as the operational backbone of the Creative & Design Department, bridging vision and execution across all design touchpoints. This senior role combines hands-on design expertise with project leadership, ensuring the consistent, on-brand delivery of high-quality creative assets across campaigns, toolkits, e-commerce, CRM, and retail. You will lead the day-to-day workflow of the design team, acting as the key point of contact for cross-functional teams and managing junior designers with precision and mentorship. Your mission: to protect and elevate the visual identity of Parfums de Marly, ensuring our design output reflects the brand’s codes of luxury, heritage, and modernity. One of your key missions will be to enhance the brand’s visual identity by challenging and improving its creative assets. You will contribute to elevating the visual standards of the website (strong knowledge of UI/UX required), as well as the design of CRM templates and print materials (press kits, invitations, save the dates, etc.). With a constant awareness of design and digital trends, you will act as a creative force, bringing fresh ideas and innovative perspectives on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: Creative Execution & Oversight • Lead the execution of seasonal campaigns, retail toolkits, e-commerce visuals, CRM content, and multi-channel design deliverables., • Ensure all creative assets adhere to the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and storytelling framework., • Act as quality gatekeeper on all visual and design materials before release. Elevate the Brand’s Visual Standards • Enhance the brand’s overall visual identity by challenging existing creative assets and ensuring a premium, cohesive look and feel across digital and print materials. This includes improving the website’s UI/UX, designing CRM templates, and creating print assets such as press kits, invitations, and saving the dates., • Stay constantly up to date with design and digital trends, acting as a creative force and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the team every day. Cross-Functional Liaison • Serve as the day-to-day creative point of contact for Retail, E-commerce, and CRM teams, interpreting briefs and aligning deliverables with strategic objectives., • Translate complex requests into clear creative outputs while maintaining a balance between business needs and design integrity., • Help manage intake and prioritization of incoming design requests. Workflow & Process Management • Manage the design production calendar and project timelines, ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery., • Implement and refine creative workflows and processes in collaboration with the Senior Creative Content Designer - Champion structured feedback loops, asset tracking, and file delivery protocols. Team Management • Mentor and supervise junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and learning., • Review and refine junior output to maintain the brand’s luxury standards., • Encourage design innovation within an organized, high-performing team environment. Role - Specific Skills: • Proven experience in campaign rollout, multi-format visual creation, and global tool kit development., • Elevated design sensibility aligned with a refined, heritage-infused luxury aesthetic., • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a solutions-oriented mindset., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environment., • Experience supporting website or digital content rollouts., • Experience working with DAM systems or project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) would be a plus., • Motion design or 3D rendering proficiency would be a plus. Desired Background and Experience: • 6–8 years of experience in graphic design or creative operations, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
