NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called: EV Charging Infrastructure - Market Study (CNC) and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project. The overall objective of this assignment is to develop a comprehensive, sector-wide analysis of publicly accessible urban EV charging infrastructure across the EU, providing a consolidated understanding of the main characteristics and conditions that shape neighbourhood, destination and urban hub charging segments. Duration: The intended start date is March 2026 and the services shall be provided for a period of 16 months from this date. Key Expert: Research, Data & Market Analysis Specialist (Cat. II) ☝️ Qualifications and skills: • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Geography, Urban Planning, Environmental Sciences, or another field relevant to the Assignment. (Minimum requirement), • Working command of English language (CEFR C1). (Minimum requirement) ☝️ General professional experience: • At least 10 years of professional experience in research, data analysis, mobility studies, infrastructure market assessment. (Minimum requirement) ☝️ Specific professional experience: • At least 6 years of experience conducting analytical or research work related to transport, mobility, energy systems, or EV charging/alternative-fuel infrastructure. (Minimum requirement), • Demonstrated experience in comparative assessments, benchmarking studies, market analysis, policy review, or regulatory analysis for public authorities or infrastructure sectors, evidenced by at least 2 assignments. (Minimum requirement), • Specific experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including structured interviews, data collection, cross-jurisdictional comparison, and synthesis of findings into standardised outputs. (Minimum requirement), • Experience preparing case studies, analytical reports, or structured comparative frameworks for mobility, transport, energy or infrastructure topics. (Asset), • Experience engaging with stakeholders such as municipalities, operators, regulators, or technical agencies for the purposes of data collection, interviews, or validation. (Asset)
