What will I be doing? • Leading and mentoring a hard working team of chefs in a busy environment., • You'll report to our Kitchen Operations Manager and General Manager and you will be responsible to run all areas of the kitchen on site., • Ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen whilst keeping a positive working environment for the team!, • You'll be responsible for overseeing and providing excellent pizza quality, kitchen speed and service., • Training and maintaining a competent chef team - providing regular appraisals and keeping the team engaged., • Ensuring that you hit successful GP and portioning figures., • You'll be responsible for your team's rota in alignment with budgeted staff costs., • Stock ordering and rotation. Meat London are seeking a candidate for an exciting and unique role. We’re looking for a gifted individual to provide support to the Events Manager, delivering BBQ Courses and Events. The role also requires working in our retail shop, serving customers on our Deli counter. Meat N16 in Stoke Newington is home to London’s Weber BBQ Grill Academy, teaching attendees BBQ skills 2-3 times a week. Applicants must have excellent people and customer service skills. Being able to BBQ and loving to cook outside will be an advantage, however attitude and aptitude are more important as we can teach you.
