We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor to lead our growing self-delivery Air Conditioning division across Cambridgeshire and beyond. This is your chance to shine as a technically strong leader who values safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. \n In this dynamic role, you will blend hands-on technical support with operational leadership, team development, and client engagement. You’ll oversee planned and reactive maintenance, tackle complex fault finding, and ensure compliance and quality assurance. Your Key Responsibilities\n\n • Drive the growth and development of our Air Conditioning self-delivery service.\n, • Provide technical support, mentoring, and quality assurance to our Engineers.\n, • Build strong relationships with clients, FM teams, and service partners.\n, • Manage jobs, service records, and reporting through CAFM systems.\n, • Promote high standards of Health & Safety and compliance.\n, • Support quotations, technical solutions, and delivery of reactive works and small projects.\n, • Assist with complex fault finding and critical reactive maintenance.\n, • Contribute to team development and continuous improvement initiatives.\n, • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing and new client accounts.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n, • Strong experience in Air Conditioning service delivery within commercial environments.\n, • Proven knowledge of planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and fault finding on split, multi-split, and VRF/VRV systems.\n, • Experience in supporting or supervising Engineers and subcontractors.\n, • Good understanding of Health & Safety, F-Gas compliance, and permit-to-work systems.\n, • Experience using CAFM or service management systems.\n, • Commercial awareness with the ability to support quotations and identify opportunities.\n, • Strong client-facing and communication skills.\n, • F-Gas Category 1 qualification or equivalent is essential.\nDesirable Qualifications\n\n, • Supervisory or team leadership experience within a mobile service environment.\n, • IOSH, SSSTS, or SMSTS qualification.\n, • Experience with chillers and larger HVAC systems.\n, • Electrical or advanced diagnostic experience.\n, • Knowledge of TM44 and wider energy efficiency services.\nWhat We Offer\n We believe in evolving our benefits to attract and retain the best talent.
