Chef De Partie
Al Fresco is seeking a chef to add to our kitchen team.
Candidates must meet have minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie preferably in an Italian restaurant.
Competency in preparing pizza dough and making pizza during busy service will be advantageous.
Duties will include:
• Preparation of dishes as directed in a timely manner, following recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, and maintaining a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards.
• Assisting with the cleaning of the kitchen and equipment.
