We’ll help you succeed As the Performance Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering firmwide HR performance strategy and talent management initiatives. Reporting to the Performance Senior Manager, you’ll partner closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver robust performance evaluation, objective-setting, feedback and talent development cycles, and continuously evolve our approach using data and technology. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract until August 2027. In this role, you’ll: • Project manage the end-to-end delivery of firmwide performance cycles, including interim review, year-end evaluation (ratings, moderation, sign-off) and objective setting, for populations up to and including Director., • Partner with HR, Employee Relations and operational teams such as Workday, Data and Analytics to ensure high-quality delivery of cyclical activities., • Design and deliver clear, concise communications and guidance, tailored for different audiences such as staff, People Managers and HR., • Contribute to the design and delivery of performance strategy aligned to business priorities, including process improvements, data-driven insights and AI-enabled enhancements., • Champion a culture of quality performance conversations and continuous feedback across the firm, helping to simplify and embed processes., • Support talent identification and promotion processes for populations up to Director level, so key talent is identified, retained and developed internally., • Ensure performance and talent processes align with inclusion & belonging and reward strategies., • Analyse performance rating and promotion trends and outcomes, producing insights and data reporting for Executive Board sign-off., • Ensure all processes meet internal quality, risk and control requirements., • Bring performance strategy market insights and practical experience to enhance firmwide practices. You’ll be someone with: • Experience delivering HR, performance and/or talent management processes, ideally within professional services., • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong attention to detail., • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, influencing and supporting change., • Experience building trusted relationships and providing performance strategy advice to stakeholders at different grades and teams., • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and impact., • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with managing and analysing large data sets in Excel., • Experience working within quality and risk frameworks., • Experience using Workday, including feedback and calibration. The Technician will bring hands-on experience across creative lighting, audio systems, interactive installations, mechanical features, and more. You will continue to develop that expertise in a unique and dynamic environment. The Technician will also be responsible for ensuring systems are operational during park hours and assisting with technical support when needed. The Technician will have the opportunity to work on assigned projects, develop their technical expertise, and be part of the team that keeps the park running smoothly. Hours are set via a rota, but flexibility and a willingness to take on overtime when needed are essential. This role requires adaptability, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes to support the team and enhance the park. When the park is open, technicians must be available via radio to provide technical support or respond to maintenance issues during operating hours. They are also responsible for administrative tasks, including logging issues and updating O&M manuals for installations, as well as opening and closing the park. The Technician helps facilitate a safe, creative, and well-maintained environment for both the team and visitors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance and Technical Support • Support the team in maintaining technical systems and installations across the park., • Carry out routine maintenance, checks, and fault finding across all AV, control, and interactive systems to maintain consistent operational performance across the venue, • Play an active role in PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) tasks, ensuring systems such as audio, video and lighting are functioning properly. Administrative and Documentation Support • Log any technical issues and assist with the updating and maintenance of O&M manuals for installations., • Help the team maintain accurate records of repairs, updates, and any changes to the technical systems., • Support the Technical Coordinator with scheduling, purchasing materials, and tracking receipts. Health & Safety and Team Collaboration • Ensure all technical work is carried out in compliance with health and safety standards., • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain clean, organised technical areas., • Support the team in developing solutions to improve the park's technical systems and overall visitor experience. Project Work • Work on individual technical projects assigned by the Production Manager or Technical Lead, collaborating with other team members to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner., • Assist with prototyping and testing new systems, helping to develop innovative solutions for ongoing projects., • Help with the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of technical systems and park infrastructure as needed. Support in Venue Hire • Collaborate with the Events Manager to plan and deliver technical requirements for venue hires, from initial scoping through to on-the-day delivery., • Step in to fill gaps in the rota during periods of increased venue hire demand, providing support as necessary to maintain operations., • Assist with venue setups and technical support during events, ensuring smooth operations of technical systems for venue hires. Park Operations Support • Be part of the technical team available during park operations to respond to maintenance issues and provide support., • Respond to technical issues during park hours and ensure any issues are resolved quickly to minimise disruption., • Support daily park operations by ensuring technical systems are functional and well-maintained., • Serve as the technical lead during park opening and closing, using fault-finding methods to address issues independently when necessary., • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the park by identifying opportunities for upgrades and enhancements., • Maintain accurate documentation, including fault logs, technical manuals, and maintenance records.
