Job Description: Planning, process and production technicians perform a variety of technical support functions to assist production, process and planning engineers with production programmes and schedules and with manufacturing and processing procedures in order to ensure accuracy, cost-effectiveness and efficiency Key Duties: As a Production Planner at Taurus Nirvana Ltd, your key duties will include creating and managing detailed production schedules, coordinating the timely procurement of materials, and ensuring that production resources, including equipment and labour, are allocated efficiently. You will collaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure seamless workflow across projects, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks or delays in the production process. You will also monitor inventory levels, forecast production demand, adjust schedules as necessary, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Day-to-day task: Production Planner will review production schedules, ensuring that timelines align with project requirements and client expectations. You will communicate with suppliers to confirm material availability and delivery dates, adjusting schedules accordingly to prevent delays. Regularly checking in with the production team, you will monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring any production issues are addressed promptly. You will also track inventory levels, ordering materials as needed to maintain production flow, and assess any potential risks or disruptions in the supply chain. Additionally, you'll maintain accurate documentation, update project status reports, and hold regular meetings with relevant departments to keep everyone informed and aligned on progress.
