Big Mamma is a group of Italian restaurants founded in 2015 in Paris. With more than 9000 customers per day, unique and iconic places, authentic cuisine, 100% homemade and with products imported directly from Italy, the group includes 15 trattorias in France, UK and Spain. The family is still growing, with new openings in 2021 across Europe.

For our trattorias in London we are looking for talented Commis & Demi Pastry Chef. We are looking for fans of traditional Italian cuisine, with a desire to realise their professional project and be part of a large brigade. Our restaurants serve between 500 and more than 1000 customers per day.

Big Mamma guarantees continuous training, growth, internal and international mobility. We offer a permanent contract, full time (45 h/week), 2 days off/week, 28 days of holiday/year, meal on shift, discount in our restaurants and much more!!
