Franco Manca, the Neapolitan sourdough pizza restaurant is looking for an experienced Pizza Chef for our pizzerias in London. We offer great rates of pay and all staff share their service charge tips.
Since our 2008 opening in Brixton’s market, we have created an amazing reputation by using nothing but the freshest ingredients to produce our traditional Neapolitan sourdough Pizzas. Our menu has just 7 pizzas and specials which change daily.
Our Chefs are called Pizzaiolo because we use traditional Neapolitan wood-fired oven techniques to cook our classic pizzas at 450 degrees for 60 seconds.
The perfect Pizzaiolo will have experience of working with a wood-fired oven, will be capable of working under pressure while maintaining high health & safety and hygiene standards and have the ability to clearly communicate with the Head Chef. As our kitchen is on display to the public, you will need to be both personable and well presented.
