As a General Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting site operations by performing a range of physical tasks. Your responsibilities include: • Providing a safe and efficient service to various onsite trades., • Ensuring the safe and timely movement of materials to and from the site., • Engaging in general labouring tasks such as site clearance, rubbish removal, and tidying., • Moving materials and disposing of waste materials in skips. Maintenance Officer About the role This will play a key role in carrying out a range of general health & safety room checks, cleaning, building maintenance and caretaking tasks. The role will report to and support the Head of Building and Facilities in the delivery of planned, reactive maintenance and cleaning tasks.
