We are looking to welcome an experienced and talented chef to our team. You must have a passion for cooking and eager to learn more.

Key responsibilities

Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to spec

Monitoring portions and waste control to maintain profit margins

Able to create specials and new menus

Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety

We require:

A minimum of 2 years experience

Proven work experience as a chef, working within a fast paced kitchen

Remain calm and undertake various tasks

Excellent time management abilities

Familiarity with sanitation regulations

Be responsible, organised and enthusiastic

Must have a passion for food and provide the best service to our customers
