The Role As our Facilities & Front Desk Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues. You’ll ensure our reception and front-of-house operations run seamlessly while supporting teams across the business with administration, coordination, and customer service. What You’ll Be Doing Front of House & Reception • Welcome visitors and staff with professionalism and warmth, • Manage visitor systems, security passes, and enquiries, • Maintain spotless reception and meeting room areas Office & Facilities Coordination • Provide administrative support across the business, • Handle mail, deliveries, couriers, and office supplies, • Coordinate meeting rooms, refreshments, and equipment, • Manage confidential records and compliance requirements Team & Stakeholder Support • Act as the go-to contact for reception and facilities queries, • Support HR and Operations with onboarding, • Build strong relationships with suppliers and contractors Health, Safety & Compliance • Maintain H&S and security procedures, • Support fire safety and evacuation processes, • Ensure accurate visitor logs and confidentiality Customer Service & Events • Provide exceptional service and problem-solving, • Support company meetings, events, and staff socials About You ✔ Experience in reception, hospitality, or customer-facing roles ✔ The ability to lead, motivate, and guide front-of-house teams ✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills ✔ A calm, professional manner—even under pressure ✔ Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential) It’s a bonus if you have: • Health & Safety experience and First Aid training, • Experience in fast-paced, multi-department environments, • Knowledge of booking/visitor management software, • Supervisory experience in front-of-house or hospitality settings Working Hours 🕒 Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 07:00–22:00 🗓 Includes two Saturdays per month (08:00–13:00) ☕ 30-minute lunch break on shifts Ready to Join Us?
