Join our Edinburgh and Lothian team at our ARC Day Service, where we support autistic adults in all aspects of daily living by providing a structured, meaningful, and engaging environment. We offer a wide variety of activities tailored to individual interests and needs - ranging from creative sessions such as music, art, and cooking to educational programs and practical life skills development. Both on-site and community-based activities are designed to encourage personal growth, social interaction, and enjoyment. We're looking for patient, creative, and engaging colleagues who bring a calm, reassuring presence - who also know how to have fun. Most importantly, you'll be someone who truly listens and values the voices of the people we support.
