Key Responsibilities • Perform professional consultations, skin assessments and advanced aesthetic treatments., • Deliver laser and light-based treatments safely and effectively, within your qualifications and training., • Carry out a range of facial, skin rejuvenation and non-surgical aesthetic treatments., • Develop personalised treatment plans based on individual patient needs and expectations., • Provide comprehensive pre-treatment and post-treatment advice., • Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms and treatment documentation., • Ensure all treatments comply with clinic protocols, infection prevention and control standards, and laser safety requirements., • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and clinical areas to the highest standards., • Build strong patient relationships and deliver an exceptional patient experience., • Recommend appropriate treatment programmes and skincare products to support patient outcomes., • Work collaboratively with the clinical and management teams to support the continued growth of the clinic. Qualifications and Experience Essential Requirements: • NVQ Level 4 qualification in Laser and Light Therapies, or an equivalent recognised qualification., • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent relevant training., • Previous experience working within a professional aesthetic, laser or skin clinic., • Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions and laser safety., • Experience conducting consultations and developing treatment plans., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • Professional presentation and a patient-focused approach., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable Experience: • Experience with advanced laser platforms and skin rejuvenation technologies., • Experience in laser hair removal, IPL, pigmentation and vascular treatments., • Knowledge of medical-grade skincare and advanced facial treatments., • Additional qualifications in advanced aesthetic treatments., • Experience working within a medically led aesthetic clinic.
