We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Technical Project Manager to join the Estates and Facilities team at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a diverse programme of new-build, refurbishment, backlog maintenance and community capital projects across Frimley Health and community sites. You’ll be responsible for producing manufacturing packages of mechanical ‘System Elements’, including General Assembly drawings (GA’s), detail manufacturing drawings, Bills of Materials (BoM’s), and entering data into the manufacturing system for procurement. Where working independently, you’ll take on the accountability of a ‘Lead Engineer’—proactively managing your work to deliver on time, to specification, and within budget. Acting as Lead Engineer means you’ll resolve scope queries, track progress, raise resourcing needs, liaise with project and supply chain teams, and check the manufacturing package before release. The role may also involve supporting suppliers, production, and service queries, depending on business needs and your experience. We're looking for an Assistant Night Manager to join the team at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windor. As an Assistant Night Manager with De Vere you'll work closely with the Night Manager to help ensure the Hotel runs smoothly during the night shift, supporting the Nights team and making sure our guests are safe, comfortable and well looked after. You'll carry out regular walk rounds, support with the night audit and make sure housekeeping night schedules and other tasks are completed on time and to our standards. You'll also oversee security and health & safety checks and deal confidently with guest requests or issues that arise during the night. Our hotels can remain busy into the early hours, particularly when weddings and events are taking place. You'll work closely with our Events and operational teams while they're still on site, helping to make sure everything runs smoothly as the Hotel moves through the night. You'll support and guide your Nights colleagues and, in the absence of the Night Manager, you'll step up to take responsibility for the Hotel and make decisions when needed.
