    We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas/Waiters/Waitresses to help us deliver an exceptional coffee and dining experience in our newly opening health conscious coffee shop. You will be at the face of our coffee shop, responsible for providing outstanding service, preparing beverages with care, and ensuring guests feel welcome from the moment they step through the door. Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and provide outstanding service, • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, smoothies, and other beverages following our menu, • Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, counters, and equipment, • Ensure all food and drink presentation meets our high-quality standards, • Assist with stocking, inventory management, and ensuring products are fresh and well-displayed, • Handle payments accurately and efficiently, • Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all customers, • Educate customers on our healthy offerings and provide recommendations based on their preferences Qualifications & Skills: • Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role (preferred but not required), • Passion for coffee, healthy food, and customer service, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Friendly, energetic, and a team player, • Food Safety and Hygiene certifications (a plus)
