About the role: We are currently seeking a full-time Administration Officerto join our team in Newcastle. Reporting to our Administration Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative support across a diverse range projects in New South Wales. Your day-to-day will vary but some of the core functions of this role include: • Weekly timesheet processing (including leave administration management), • Accommodation bookings, • Managing compliances, • Roster management, • Accounts payable/receivable, • Invoicing Our Administration Officer is great with people systems and spreadsheets!
