We've won Apprenticeship Employer of the Year at the annual QA Apprenticeship Awards 3 years in a row. \n Overview: \n As part of the Risk & Compliance team you will provide support to the R&C Officer. This is a team that has supported 2 apprentices before, both of whom are still working within the department, so you are in safe hands! \n What will you be doing? \n\n • 1st point of contact for telephone queries. You will triage requests, troubleshoot and escalate to the R&C Officer where necessary.\n, • Become a superuser of iManage (a document and email management system) where you will organise and retrieve case files, contracts, and other legal documents.\n, • Assist with maintaining professional standards by assisting the risk officer with internal organisation related to the anti-financial crime audit (e.g. AML, Sanctions, Fraud, Tax Evasion, Bribery etc).
