You will be responsible for overseeing our lettings department and managing our growing portfolio of rental properties, HMOs and property development projects. Skills and Qualifications: ● A good academic background is essential. Therefore, you must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Urban planning (1st class Hons) or equivalent and be RICS qualified.
