We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Admin and Inspection Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Duties • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff., • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation in an orderly manner., • Carry out inspections for existing properties., • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available. Qualifications • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position., • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus., • Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)., • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team., • A proactive approach to work with a willingness to learn and adapt. Working hours This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm. Additional hours will be discussed during the interview.
