Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of transactions and regulatory compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Proven track record of success in investment banking, with a focus on M&A, corporate finance, or capital markets transactions. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals. Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships and drive business development efforts. Sound understanding of financial markets, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, Capital IQ). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Series 7 and 63 licenses, or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
