Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on orders, forecasts and stock requirements, • Optimise machine capacity, labour and material availability, • Sequence production to minimise downtime, changeovers and waste, • Monitor production progress and adjust plans in response to breakdowns or changing priorities, • Work closely with procurement to ensure materials are available on time, • Collaborate with commercial teams to manage customer expectations and delivery timelines, • Track and report on KPIs such as OTIF, schedule adherence and capacity utilisation, • Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning and operations What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in a Production Planner or Scheduling role within manufacturing, • Strong understanding of planning systems (ERP/MRP), • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, • Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail, • Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally, • Proficient in Excel and planning tools Experience within technical or industrial manufacturing would be advantageous.
