This is a hands-on role for a chef who enjoys producing quality food in a welcoming club environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence menus, improve kitchen operations and build a strong reputation for consistently excellent food. About You The ideal candidate will: • Have previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, • Level 3 accreditation in Food Hygiene, • Be very well organised with excellent leadership skills, • Understand food cost control and kitchen financial performance, • Be calm, reliable and professional under pressure, • Have a passion for quality food and hospitality, • Have a complete understanding of food safety and compliance requirements This appointment is subject to a three-month probationary period.
