After refining our team, we’re now looking for Level 3 stylists who share our commitment to quality, professionalism, and growth. Who You Are: • NVQ Level 3 qualified (or equivalent) with at least 2 years experience., • Passionate about your craft., • Reliable, professional, and eager to progress., • Looking for a supportive, high-standard environment., • Ready to take over existing clients and build new relationships. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a qualification recognised within the industry., • Demonstrable skills in store management, upselling, and delivering exceptional customer service., • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and team members., • A willingness to mentor junior staff or apprentices is advantageous., • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail., • Flexibility to work various shifts including alternate Saturdays; however, the role primarily involves daytime hours., • A professional attitude with a passion for continuous learning within the hair industry.
