About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Secretary to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support within a busy legal team. Working closely with a Personal Assistant and reporting directly to the Secretarial Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the team. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a wider support network. Key Responsibilities Include: Supporting the preparation of weekly and monthly reports Coordinating national and international travel arrangements Assisting with the monthly billing process and financial queries Preparing hard copy and electronic bundles Handling general correspondence and diary management Monitoring and managing inboxes Conducting conflict checks and matter openings Drafting engagement letters Printing, scanning, and managing document workflows Booking meeting rooms and responding to queries via email and phone Creating, amending, and formatting documents using Word and Excel Working with data rooms to download and save documents Copy-typing and digital dictation as needed Processing expenses efficiently Liaising with internal teams such as the Document & Design Centre and Print Room Building strong, effective working relationships across the business Providing cross-practice group support when required About You You will bring prior experience from a legal or professional services environment and demonstrate: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High levels of IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Impeccable attention to detail Strong administrative and organisational abilities A calm and professional manner, especially under pressure Confidence to work independently and use your own initiative This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that values innovation, collaboration, and the development of its people.
