Qualifications and Experience: - A minimum of 1 year experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably with exposure to both pub and café/wine bar environments. - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers. - A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
