Key Responsibilities\n\n • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process across multiple functions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent that aligns with our business objectives.\n, • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide valuable market intelligence.\n, • Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Lead all aspects of recruitment, from job briefing and posting to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support.\n, • Proactive Sourcing: Engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and innovative sourcing channels.\n, • Candidate Experience: Ensure an outstanding experience for candidates throughout their recruitment journey.\n, • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Workday and recruiting analytics to track, measure, and report on recruitment performance and key hiring metrics.\n, • Global Collaboration: Work with regional and global Talent Acquisition colleagues on international searches and strategic sourcing initiatives.\n, • Agency Partnerships: Build and maintain effective relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring quality and compliance.\n, • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects that enhance recruitment effectiveness and strengthen our employer brand.\n, • Early Career Program: Support designated initiatives for our local Early Career program.\nQualifications & Experience\n\n, • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n, • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, particularly in manufacturing, production, or operations environments.\n, • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable.\n, • In-House Recruitment: Previous in-house recruitment experience is required; additional background in executive search or business partnering is a plus.\n, • Sourcing Skills: Strong sourcing capabilities with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction tools.\n, • ATS Experience: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday.\n, • Communication Skills: Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.\n, • Language Proficiency: Fluent English and German skills are mandatory.\nWhat We Offer\n\n, • Competitive Salary: Enjoy a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.\n, • Wellbeing Days: Up to two additional leave days for your personal wellbeing.\n, • Flexible Work Environment: Hybrid working model with the option to work from home up to two days a week.\n, • Learning Opportunities: Access to learning and development opportunities through our CSL Academy.\n\n We can’t wait to see your application!
