Junior Sous Chef - Great Role in Busy Hotel - Live in available Junior Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based on the Daventry & Northampton area for a Chef to work in their luxury 4* Hotel. The hotel has a busy restaurant along with functions, bar and banqueting working under for a talented and experienced Head Chef and a settled kitchen brigade. Salary & Benefits • Salary to £34k + tips, • Live in available, • 45 hour week, • Meals & Uniform, • Excellent Benefits, • Career development The Role • Running and managing the hotel kitchen in Head Chef's absence, • Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs, • Preparing meals using fresh produce, • Restaurant and Function Work, • Kitchen Management duties The Person • You will already be an experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef, • Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills, • Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to AA rosette standard using fresh produce, • Highly motivated and focused.
