Hi there, We are currently looking for 3 x staff as we have just opened our courtyard area and require extra people to join our lovely team. We are a family run company located in EC4 close to Bank underground station and open from Monday to Friday only. The 3 positions are: 1 Cocktail Bar Tender, Tuesday to Friday, approximately 35 - 40 hours per week. 2 Waiter, general waiting duties, approximately 40 - 45 hours per week. 3 Food & Beverage Runner. We are looking for an experienced full-time waitress/washer-upper to join our team immediately. This role involves working MONDAY TO FRIDAY only. (Monday & Friday dinner only and Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday lunch and dinner). Duties include working on the floor, serving food and drinks, cleaning tables, making drinks, using the till, stocking-up the bar, checking bills, taking payments, opening wine and putting dishes & cutlery through a washing machine and drying them and bringing them upstairs as well as cleaning the general bar area and machinery regularly. MARCH/APRIL 25 START Full time Sous Chef required to join our well-established, friendly small kitchen team at dion St Paul's bar/restaurant overlooking St Paul's Cathedral. MONDAY-FRIDAY WITH OCCASIONAL SATURDAYS. Will be the 2nd most senior person in the kitchen with wide ranging responsibilities.
