I am looking for a bartender for a mansion party

We are looking for an experienced bartender to join our vibrant bar based in Southgate, North London. We are looking for someone reliable, polite, organised and hard-working individual. Previous experience making cocktails and dealing with alcohol is required. Main responsibilities: • Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar • Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks • Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience • Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skill requirements: • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills • Previous experience with mixing alcohol and creating cocktails/mocktails REQUIRED Contact us if you’re interested. Key Responsibilities: Barista Duties: Prepare a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks. Create latte art with consistency and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment. Manage coffee bean rotation and grind settings for optimal taste. Upsell specialty drinks and pastries when appropriate. Bartender Duties: Mix, garnish, and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Craft classic cocktails and develop seasonal or signature drinks. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area at all times. Check identification of customers to ensure legal drinking age. Handle cash, card transactions, and operate POS system accurately. General Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with regular guests. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned.
