Cocktail Bartender Schedule: Fridays & Saturdays, 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM | Bar / Nightclub Create and serve craft cocktails to guests at the main bar. You thrive under pressure, make guests feel welcome, and move fast without sacrificing quality. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, • Engage guests, take orders, and provide recommendations with a friendly attitude, • Maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours, • Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized throughout the shift, • Verify ID and follow all responsible alcohol service policies, • Process payments accurately using the POS system Requirements • 2+ years of bartending experience in a bar, nightclub, or restaurant, • Solid cocktail knowledge and ability to follow recipes as well as improvise, • Strong multitasking skills and composure under pressure, • Valid alcohol service certification, • Available every Friday and Saturday, 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM, • Must be 18+ Preferred • Experience with craft cocktail programs, • High-volume nightclub experience, • Knowledge of current spirits and cocktail trends Benefits: • Discounted or free food, • Employee discount Work Location: In person
