Pastoral Mentor Empower Futures with People Sharks Recruitment People Sharks Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Mentor with Teaching Assistant experience to support a secondary school setting. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about student welfare, behaviour management, and academic support within SEN, SEMH, and Alternative Provision environments. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, senior leadership, and pastoral teams to remove barriers to learning, improve attendance and wellbeing, and support students both inside and outside the classroom.
