The role is responsible for user enablement, adoption, training, user acceptance testing, data hygiene, and translating business needs into clear, structured requirements for the central Salesforce team. This role will also be responsible for basic configuration, such as creating reports and dashboards. Superuser acts as a critical bridge between the end user and the Salesforce delivery team, driving adoption, providing first-line support, and mapping business processes.
