About the role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager with strong cash and treasury experience to step into a highly visible role within a fast-paced, agile business where no two months are ever the same. Cash is truly at the heart of the organisation, and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring strong working capital performance, accurate forecasting, and robust financial control across UK and European operations. Operating at the centre of the finance function, you will take ownership of daily cash management, short and medium-term forecasting, and the continuous optimisation of cash flow. You will be responsible for maintaining clear visibility of collections, payments, and variances, providing insightful reporting to senior leadership, and ensuring the business is always in a strong and well-informed cash position. Your ability to anticipate challenges, manage risk, and respond quickly to change will be key in an environment that is both dynamic and commercially driven. Alongside treasury responsibility, you will lead the end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, overseeing high-volume transactional activity while maintaining strong financial controls. You will manage and develop a small team, setting clear expectations, driving performance against KPIs, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This role requires someone who is hands-on yet strategic, comfortable rolling up their sleeves while also influencing stakeholders and contributing to wider process enhancements, including systems and ERP developments.
