Job Title: Salesperson (Order Management) Commission based Responsibilities: Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment. Manage order documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and shipping manifests. Communicate with customers to confirm order details, provide updates, and address any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, shipping, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Maintain organized records of orders, inventory levels, and customer interactions. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed. Adapt to varying workload demands and prioritize tasks effectively. Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
