We can’t offer a CoS for this role • Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting, • Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it), • Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support, • The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach We do our best work when we’re ourselves.
