Job Title: Land Buyer Location: Hereford Salary: £30,000 – £70,000 + Package (depending on experience) Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Land Buyer to join a well-established and growing construction business. This role is open to both entry-level candidates looking to start their career in land acquisition, as well as experienced professionals seeking their next challenge. Working as part of a skilled, driven, and settled team, you will play a key role in identifying and securing land opportunities for a diverse range of projects. The Role You will be responsible for supporting and managing the land acquisition process, from initial identification through to negotiation and completion. This is a varied role offering exposure to multiple project types and the opportunity to develop strong industry knowledge.
