As our TikTok Shop Lead Strategist, you will be the driving force behind some of the fastest-scaling DTC brands in the world. With full ownership of performance and a team at your side, you will architect growth strategies that push brands from “great” to “unbeatable” on TikTok Shop. This is not a side-channel management role. This is about taking the most disruptive commerce platform of our time and using it to create household names. What You’ll Own • Full P&L Performance: Own revenue, profit margins, and growth across client TikTok Shop accounts., • End-to-End Growth Playbooks: Build and execute roadmaps across creative, affiliate, and paid strategies., • Team Leadership: Lead a pod of affiliate coordinators, media buyers, and creative strategists to execute with precision., • Creator Ecosystem: Recruit, brief, and scale a high-performing network of TikTok creators., • Promotions Engine: Run campaigns, flash sales, and viral product drops that dominate platform trends., • Client Growth Partner: Lead weekly calls, deliver growth insights, and become the trusted operator for high-growth founders., • Shop Excellence: Keep TikTok Shops optimised daily across listings, approvals, campaigns, and performance., • Performance Analysis: Track GMV, ROAS, CVR, and pivot fast with data-driven calls., • Trend Domination: Spot algorithm shifts, unlock beta features, and make sure clients win early., • Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside senior leadership to scale agency-wide impact. You’re a Fit If You: • Thrive on ownership and accountability, results are your scoreboard., • Have scaled eCommerce brands and know how to turn strategy into action., • Can lead by example and inspire both internal teams and external creators., • See TikTok not just as content but as culture, commerce, and community combined., • Balance commercial instincts with hands-on execution. Requirements • 5+ years in eCommerce or performance marketing with proven growth wins., • Experience managing TikTok Shop or other marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, or Flip., • Strong background in creator partnerships, affiliates, and UGC campaigns., • Track record of scaling client revenue in an agency or performance-led environment., • Exceptional communicator, both client-facing and team-facing., • Data-driven with sharp decision-making instincts., • Familiar with TikTok Seller Center, Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack, or Klaviyo (bonus)., • Passionate about TikTok culture and the future of social commerce.
