HMA is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our award-winning creative agency. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and highly organised designer to join our marketing team in bringing client brands, assets, and campaigns to life. In this role, you will be responsible for: • Creating high-quality visual assets in line with client brand guidelines while also contributing to the development of creative concepts that bring their stories and campaigns to life, • Clearly articulating your creative process, thoughts, ideas and point of view, presenting concepts/designs internally and where appropriate, to clients, providing a strong rationale where needed, • Interpreting, and applying feedback effectively, • Working to short deadlines and fast turnaround times, particularly for advertising assets., • Effectively manage a varied workload, balancing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail., • General design related administration duties You will be a great fit if you: • Can present a portfolio of work that demonstrates a creative approach to concept, insight and delivery, • Have at least 5 years’ design agency experience, • Have experience working with the Adobe CC suite and Figma., • Can demonstrate a good knowledge of design trends, • Have a proactive, motivated, versatile and a can-do attitude Example design projects you may work on: • Multi-format promotional materials (presentations, leaflets, web pages etc.), • Advertising assets across multiple publications and digital platforms., • Support on stakeholder presentations, congress materials, and campaign launches.
