You’ll be supporting the head chef, managing pizza service, helping with orders and stock control. You should be confident working alone and be passionate about making pizza. If you’re on the way to becoming a head chef but need some more experience under your belt this is the role for you. We only want applications from people who love dough and the whole pizza process. You must have professional kitchen experience and be comfortable with prep schedules. We have a unique pizza made with a 48 hour cold fermented biga dough. We’re not Neapolitan so don’t apply if that’s what you’re looking for. You should be confident in hand-shaping and stretching lots of pizza during service and be responsible for organizing the dough and food prep schedules.
