What youll be doing As a Litigation Executive/Solicitor, you will manage your own mixed caseload of fixed fee and hourly rate litigated fraud and causation files, including DA and non-DA matters. Your responsibilities will include: Running cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance with Civil Procedure Rules, court directions, and client SLAs. Providing strategic advice throughout the case lifecycle and identifying fraud indicators. Drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and liaising with clients, insurers, and third-party solicitors. Attending hearings, conferences, and carrying out advocacy on applications and case management conferences where required. Maintaining accurate MI reporting and ensuring compliance with DPA/GDPR.
