The role holder will be responsible for a caseload of military cases against the Ministry of Defence and should be able to manage these with confidence and knowledge in line with the Company’s exceptional customer service standards. The role handler will also be responsible for some industrial disease cases where required. The role will demand an excellent understanding of all aspects of litigation in personal injury, specifically military claims and knowledge also of industrial disease claims. The role holder must have an ability to manage a high workload whilst at the same time have a solid understanding of litigation and the Civil Procedure Rules and the regulations and legislation concerning military claims. The role holder will be responsible for taking individual responsibility for a caseload of military claims both litigated and pre‑litigated alongside responsibility for industrial disease claims where appropriate.
