Job Description Reporting to the Front of House Manager, the Assistant Front Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of all things Front Office, being the go-to person for the team in absence of senior management. QualificationsMost important is that you know how to provide a great and memorable guest experience – whether it’s for someone staying with us or just stepping in for a drink or a bite to eat. You have experience in a similar role, or as a Supervisor looking for further development with a demonstrable track record of excelling in Front Office operations and procedures. If you’re familiar with Opera or a similar front desk operating system and understand GDS that would be a big advantage. You will be required to work flexible shift patterns which will include weekdays and weekends to support the team, as and when required. Your humble and open to ideas. Review, approve and/or issue technical Regulatory documentation to support EU/UK launches to ensure complete and accurate of Cosmetic Product Information Files (PIFs), CPNP/SCPN notifications, registration dossiers, claims substantiation and the management of Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSRs). Act as the expert on PIF requirements, train and guide other team members as applicable. Carry out maintenance and product lifecycle related activities Provide UK-specific support, including UK REACH related activities Follow-up with other internal functions (Product Development, Artwork planners, Initiative leaders, packaging, MD…) as to resolve questions related to the documentation. Commission and oversee third party partners to ensure that all products have been assessed for consumer safety and regulatory compliance and take accountability for the quality of the output. Master the European cosmetic regulation and requirements for product registration in various countries, including China. Are fluent in English Self-starter, you like to learn about new area and develop your expertise. proficiency with MS-Office and high command of IT in general. To maintain a basic caseload of around 180 Housing Disrepair Pre Litigation cases. This will include complying with the Housing Disrepair pre action protocol, assessing liability, drafting court documentation, issuing court proceedings via Part 7 CPR, complying with court directions, document and letter creating in addition to the use of the telephone/email, review of RICs report, review of medical records, collation of special damages, collage of medical evidence, submission of full details, negotiations and settlements. To comply at all time with the case management system and be responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of its information. To comply with all key dates including court directions, limitation and hearing dates. To be responsible for the pro-active maintenance of their own task pad. Identify any complications within their caseload and immediately refer to their team leader. To assess liability and make an initial assessment of special damages. Contact clients by telephone and maintain regular and pro-active telephone contact with clients as required by our SLA’s. To demonstrate an ability to work to deadlines and be self-sufficient. Be able to achieve financial and administrative targets on a monthly basis as set by their team leader. Demonstrate a flexible approach to work, including hours of working. Chasing relevant parties for required information in order to progress the claim Dealing with incoming post. This could involve indexing post, actioning it, or transferring to the team who are dealing with the claim. Working within the firms SLA’s at all times
