Description\n Are you ready to take the lead in transforming therapy services? We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Therapy Services Manager (TSM) to spearhead our therapy provision at Priory Hospital Bristol and Bristol Park Clinic. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. \n As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will report directly to the Hospital Director and hold full accountability for our inpatient and day care therapy services. Your leadership will drive service performance, innovation, and growth, making a real difference in the lives of our patients. What You'll Be Doing\n\n • Provide strategic and operational leadership to therapy services across both sites.\n, • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant services that meet regulatory standards and KPI targets, including referrals, customer service, and time to first appointment.\n, • Lead clinical governance, quality assurance, and continuous service improvement.\n, • Manage and develop a multidisciplinary therapy team, fostering strong collaboration across clinical services.\n, • Oversee financial performance, budgets, and resource planning, proactively addressing risks and opportunities.\n, • Drive business development and service growth, maintaining strong occupancy and caseload levels.\n, • Maintain a small clinical caseload and support therapy delivery where required.\n, • Build external partnerships (e.g., universities) to enhance recruitment and service profile.\n, • Support workforce development, supervision, and CPD across the team.\n, • Contribute to the on-call rota and wider senior management responsibilities.\nWhat You'll Bring to the Role\n Essential: \n You should have a strong understanding of statutory regulations and a passion for delivering high-quality care and continuous improvement. Proven leadership and decision-making skills are essential, along with a proactive, forward-thinking, and creative approach.
