Main duties of the jobWe are seeking a Head of Therapies and Clinical Psychologist to provide strategic leadership across Therapy Services while maintaining a substantive clinical role within our specialist Eating Disorders Service.This unique split role includes:2 days per week leading Therapy Services, driving clinical excellence, governance, and service development across allied health professionals and therapy teams3 days per week delivering specialist psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention to young people with eating disorders and complex mental health needsYou will play a key role in shaping a clinically led, evidence-based, and person-centred service, supporting multidisciplinary teams across our three units: Eating Disorders, PICU, and General Adolescent Services.
