How about working for an employer who has been awarded a āGreat Place to Workā for the 5th year running?\nJob Title: Psychotherapist\nLocation: Longdon Park School ā Derbyshire DE65 6GU\nSalary: Up to Ā£52,000 FTE DOE\nHours: 15 hours per week, 2 days a week, days to be confirmed\nContract: Permanent ā Term Time only\nEssential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for an experienced Psychotherapist to join our developing Clinical Team based at Longdon Park School.\nIn this exciting role, you will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment, and intervention plans for pupils with complex communication needs, autism and associated learning and emotional needs.\nYou will implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to helping our pupils in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable and healthy. Undertaking all aspects of Psychotherapy clinical duties, you will adhere to professional and regulatory guidelines, carrying out specialist individual assessments and interventions, and preparing relevant documentation, including writing reports. A significant element of this role will be working alongside the onsite clinical team to continue to develop the clinical service provision, including providing support and training to staff and parents.\nOur well-established multidisciplinary Clinical Team maintain a nurturing environment where our pupils can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything they do.
