Third Line Support Engineer Wakefield (Hybrid)£35,000 - £45,000 The Role You will operate as a senior escalation point within the technical team, supporting a range of client environments and resolving complex infrastructure issues. The role will involve a mixture of 3rd line support, troubleshooting and infrastructure project work, giving you exposure to a wide range of technologies and environments. You will also occasionally work directly with stakeholders within client organisations, so strong communication skills are important. What You'll Be Doing • Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues, • Supporting Microsoft infrastructure environments across multiple clients, • Troubleshooting advanced 3rd line incidents, • Working with cloud, virtualisation and security platforms, • Supporting infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects, • You will be working across technologies such as:, • Microsoft 365, • Azure / Entra ID, • Windows Server / Active Directory, • Virtualisation platforms, • Backup and disaster recovery technologies, • Experience in a 3rd Line Support or Infrastructure Engineer role, • Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft environments, • Experience supporting multiple systems or customer environments, • Strong communication and problem solving skills, • Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues, • Opportunity to work in a growing MSP with strong leadership, • Exposure to modern infrastructure technologies, • Autonomy and real ownership over technical solutions, • A varied role across support and project work £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience Third Line Support Engineer Oscar Associates (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
